rules of evidence to help the trier of fact understand the meaning of certain
technical facts, again sworn under oath, that are evidence of fraud.

California Southern Law School has, over the decades, produced an army of California lawyers and judges including award winners. I looked it up it was a small army they said they were founded in 1971 and closed in 2020 in almost 50 years they said they produced 446 practicing lawyers no mention of any judges
My ratings from my college students were always tops, whether I taught law, science subjects or math subjects at various schools over the decades.
